The media is needed to tell people how the accounting fraudsters work. Government won't tell. The first thing the fraudsters do is divide, destabilize, and destroy the family they victimize. Divide and conquer. It's the perfect cover.
       

 

Pattern


"Framer" - One who frames.
"Framee"- One who is being framed.
"X"- represents the framer's intent.

(1) - Framer plants irreversable confusion and conflict and makes it appear as the framee's fault.
(2) - Framer requires the framee to resolve it or the framer will do X. 
(3) - The framee does not have the power to resolve it.
(4) - Framer does X and justifies it by making it appear as the framee's fault.


Letter

A "Request for Information" letter from an unknown source dated June 3, 2015, creates confusion and conflict about my government benefits.

"Dear Anthony OConnell, 
We need the information listed below to decide if you can qualify for the programs for which you have applied. Contact us if you have trouble getting the information we are requesting. We may be able to help.
You must give us this information no later than 06/18/2015. There are several ways for you to give us the information we are asking for below:
1. Log in to your Health-e-Arizona Plus account at 'www.healthearizonaplus.gov' to scan, upload, or email information. OR
2. Fax your information using the attached fax coversheet to 1-888-372-8777. The fax coversheet has a barcode that identifies your case. OR
3. Mail your information to: AHCCCS. 801 E. Jefferson Street. MD 3800, Phoenix, AZ 85034
If you cannot get this information to us by the due date you may be able to get more time. You can request more time by calling the number above.
If we do not get the information and we do not hear from you, we will deny your application or stop/change your benefits.
(No signature or name. The Identity of the sender is unknown)

I receive one government benefit (besides social security) and have no applications outstanding. The one benefit is a VA "economic" pension for veterans over 65 who live under the poverty line. If this were taken away it would reduce my annual income from  $12,876 to $6,792. By law it is automatic and not adjucated. It is straight forward. There should be no confusion about it.


Intent

There is a long history of disempowering me. Is the intent of the unexplained check and the impossible "Request for Information" form about three months with a due date nine days after it was mailed intented to disempower me by taking away my VA economic [poverty] pension? This would reduce my annual income from $12,876 to $6,792. Or perhaps to take control of my home with a lien or something similar to the takeover of my farm in Virginia?

Questions

The only realistic protection the framee has is to try to get the attention of a just power by asking common sense questions such as:

(1)  Who is the sender? Who is accountable?

(2)  What triggered the letter? Why now? 

(3)  Why the false statements on page 2 under "We need to verify ..." ?

(4)  Why the "You must give us the information no later than 06/18/2015"?

(5)  Why the  "If we do not get the information and we do not hear from you, we will deny your application or stop/change your benefits"?

(6)  Why am I being made to appear responsible?  

(7)  Why would anyone who has access to records not know that the only benefit I receive is the VA economic pension for veterans over 65 who live under the poverty line and that I have no applications ourstanding. How did this become

(8) What is the intent? Is the intent to take away my VA economic [poverty] pension? This would reduce my annual income from $12,876 to $6,792. (9) If this "Request for Information? letter is from a government agency in the State of Arizona does this mean the State of Arizona will treat me this way from now on? Similar to how the Commonwealth of Virginia treats me for trying to expose the accounting in the public record at bk467p191? Will Arizona, Virginia, and the VA contine to treat me like an enemy for the rest of my life for trying to expose corruption?
