AZDVS
(Arizona Department of Veteran's Services)

There is something very strange about the number of sources that attack my character right out of the block. It's as if the FBI had put out an all points bulletin to disempower me. By attacking my character, my finances, my property, and my health. Of course the FBI would not do this. What is it? What is the secrect? The Arizona Department of Veterans Services (AZDVS) and the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) are good examples. This is the AZDVS.

On June 17, 2012, I applied for a VA "economic pension" at the Arizona Department of Veteran's Services (AZDVS) in Prescott, Arizona. This pension is for veterans who live below the poverty line. It brings their income up to the poverty line.

On May 10, 2012, the Phoenix VA sent me a letter that basically buried my application in ambiguity and confusion. It referenced a document that I had never seen - "We have received your typed statement on February 7, 2012 stating that you wish to withdraw your claim for *Skin cancer."

Why did the Phoenix VA wait until May 10, 2012, to mention for the first time, a document they apparently received on or shortly after February 7, 2012?  Is it just a coincidence that it hit me at the same time (May 10-11) as the May 11, 2012, lien for $27,669.42 in Virginia ? Why is this February 7 document made to appear as if I created it or that it represents my intent?  Why can't I see it, why can't I get a copy of it? It is quoted four times -

May 10 (regular mail, mailed May11) Phoenix VA (Jeffery McAdams) to Veteran
"..... We have received your typed statement on February 7, 2012, stating that you wish to withdraw your claim for *Skin cancer ...."

May 14 (9:21am) AZDVS in Prescott, Arizona (Brian O’Neil) to Veteran
" ....VA withdrew your request for compensation of skin cancer, based on a typed statement that they received on February 7, 2012. ..."

May17 (9:05am) AZDVS in Prescott, Arizona (Brian O’Neil) to Veteran
“......... Statement submitted on February 7, 2012 that you would like to withdraw claim for skin cancer......"

May 25 (postal mail) VA in Minneapolis. Minnesota (T. A. Olson) (PMC) to Veteran
" ..... In making our decision, in addition to the evidence in the attached rating, we used the following
evidence: *VA Form 21-4138, Statement in Support of claim, received February 7, 2012 ....."

My best guess is that Brian O Neal at the Prescott AZDVS created this February 7 document as my application for the pension and that is why he brought up the subject of Power of Attorney. I gave power of Attorney to AZDVS, and it was used, I believe, to betray me. I tried to get this POA out of the AZDVS records but they ignore me.

Why did AZDVS treat me this way? There should be a reason. Was something put in my records that would signal those who read it to treat me this way, and they are protected in doing so? This is not the first time this phenomenon has happened. There should be a reason for this phenomenon. What is it? What's the secret?
