Your payment begins the first day of the month following your effective date. You will receive a
payment covering the initial amount due under this award, minus any withholdings, in
approximately 15 days. Payment will then be made at the beginning of each month for the prior
month. For example, benefits due for May are paid on or about June 1.

paper check, this will only occur for an interim period. You need to contact the Treasury

(1) Please explain "We made a decision on your claim received January 20, 2012." What documents did the PMC in St. Paul, Minnesota, receive and when did they receive them? Would you please send me copies of the documents?
(2) Why is the economic pension clam being called a "disability" claim here?
(3) Please explain "*VA Form 21-4138, Statement in Support of claim, received February 7, 2012"? Would you please send me a copy of this document?
(a) Received by who where?
(b) Is this the same document referred to in Jeffrey McAdams's letter of May 10, 2012, as "We have received your typed statement on February 7, 2012, stating that you wish to withdraw your claim for *Skin cancer"? Why would the first mention of a document received on February 7 be made on May 10?
(x) Brian O'Neil's email of xxx says, in part: " "
